Associate

Howard Vallery is a 5^th generation Texan.  He graduated from Judson High School.  Howard received his BBA in Marketing from Baylor University.  After graduation he joined IBM Global Services in 1998 and formed Vallery International Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in SAP Implementations, Data Warehousing, and Change Management.  Mr. Vallery left the company in 2005 to pursue his true passions – law and politics.

Howard achieved one of these goals when he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and graduated in 2009.  Howard began to work with Warren & Migliaccio as a law clerk in 2009.  In May 2010, Howard was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and joined Warren & Migliaccio, LLP as an associate.

Howard is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
