Everything but the Execution
Best for Texas residents who want a custom estate plan and hands-on support from an attorney, but have a unique schedule or live outside of the DFW area.
- Documents: Custom trust-based or will-based estate plan, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directive, HIPAA, and more.
- Legal execution: You handle document signing on your own. We provide instructions about executing them independently.
- Revisions: 6 months included (excludes converting to a new plan)
Everything but the Execution is similar to White Glove, with a couple of exceptions. Like our top-tier service, Everything but the Execution is ideal for individuals who want a comprehensive estate plan and the support of an experienced estate planning lawyer.
However, with this service, we only provide hands-on support up until document execution, which you would handle on your own. Instead, we will provide you with your drafted estate planning documents and instructions on executing them independently.
Who Benefits from Everything but the Execution?
Everything but the Execution is best for people who want a custom, attorney-prepared plan but live outside of DFW or have a unique schedule. It is a good fit if you:
- Live outside of DFW, have a unique schedule, or prefer not to have office visits
- Want personalized attention from an attorney
- Need more than a simple estate plan
- Have children, a blended family, or a loved one with special support needs
- Own diverse assets and property
- Do not mind handling the legal execution of your documents
You still get personalized attention from our firm and a custom estate plan ready to execute. However, you also get the flexibility to finalize your documents through execution at your convenience. You must find a notary and witnesses to execute your documents to ensure they are legally valid.
What Does Everything but the Execution Include?

- Instructions about how to legally execute your estate planning documents by yourself
- Instructions from our attorney about how to fund your trust, if applicable
- Free document revision for six months to ensure your estate plan continues to meet your needs (does not include converting to a different plan)
