A side-by-side look at our three core estate planning packages—White Glove, Everything But the Execution, and Estate Plan Express—highlighting coverage, services, and support levels.

White Glove (Full Service)

Best for DFW and North Texas residents who want in-person, hands-on support throughout the entire estate planning process.

  • Documents: Custom trust-based or will-based estate plan, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directive, HIPAA, and more.
  • Legal execution: In-person signing meeting to execute your documents
  • Revisions: 1 year included (excludes converting to a new plan)

Our White Glove estate planning service is our top-tier, full service option. It is ideal for anyone who wants comprehensive estate planning solutions and hands-on support from an attorney. From the initial consultation to document execution, we hold your hand through the entire process.

Who Benefits from White Glove?

White Glove is best for people who want a comprehensive estate plan and an attorney to handle every step. For example, it is an excellent choice if you:

  • Live in the DFW or North Texas area (our primary office is in Richardson, Texas)
  • Prefer to handle estate planning in person rather than online
  • Need more than a simple estate plan
  • Have children, a blended family, or a loved one with special support needs
  • Own diverse assets and property

Do you value the peace of mind of having an experienced attorney handle every aspect of the process? If so, this option may be best for you.

What Does White Glove Include?

When you choose our White Glove estate planning, you can expect the following:

  • Planning meeting with our Texas estate planning attorney
  • Custom estate plan that meets your needs and goals
  • Estate planning documents drafted and reviewed by our attorney
  • Signing meeting to review and execute your estate planning documents
  • Instructions from our attorney about how to fund your trust, if applicable
  • Free document revision for one year to ensure your estate plan continues to meet your needs (does not include converting to a different plan)

You can read about the complete client journey for our White Glove service.

What Documents Does White Glove Include?

White Glove includes comprehensive estate planning solutions based on your unique needs and objectives. For example, we offer the following estate planning documents:

  • Last will and testament
  • Revocable living trust
  • Financial power of attorney
  • Medical power of attorney
  • Advance healthcare directive (living will)
  • Declaration of guardian
  • HIPAA release
  • Transfer on death deed

FAQs About White Glove Estate Planning

Do you provide witnesses and a notary for the signing?

Yes, with our White Glove service, you will come to our office for a signing meeting. We provide the required witnesses and a notary for the self-proving affidavit and other estate planning documents.

Where does the signing meeting happen?

You will come to our Richardson, Texas, office for your signing meeting. The signing meeting involves reviewing your documents with our attorney and legally executing them with a notary.

What if I live outside of the DFW area?

You can still choose White Glove if you are willing to travel to our office. If not, Everything but the Execution is designed for statewide clients. It is similar to our White Glove service, but you execute your documents on your own.

How is White Glove different from Everything but the Execution?

White Glove includes an in-person signing meeting and one year of free document revisions, excluding converting to a new plan. Everything but the Execution gives you the same custom, attorney-prepared plan but you handle signing on your own. We provide instructions. Additionally, it includes six months of free document revisions, excluding converting to a new plan.

Do you keep copies of my original documents?

We will keep copies of your documents and send you home with the originals. We will also email you a PDF of your scanned documents within 24 hours of the signing meeting.

Everything but the Execution

Best for Texas residents who want a custom estate plan and hands-on support from an attorney, but have a unique schedule or live outside of the DFW area.

  • Documents: Custom trust-based or will-based estate plan, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directive, HIPAA, and more.
  • Legal execution: You handle document signing on your own. We provide instructions about executing them independently.
  • Revisions: 6 months included (excludes converting to a new plan)

Everything but the Execution is similar to White Glove, with a couple of exceptions. Like our top-tier service, Everything but the Execution is ideal for individuals who want a comprehensive estate plan and the support of an experienced estate planning lawyer.

However, with this service, we only provide hands-on support up until document execution, which you would handle on your own. Instead, we will provide you with your drafted estate planning documents and instructions on executing them independently.

Who Benefits from Everything but the Execution?

Everything but the Execution is best for people who want a custom, attorney-prepared plan but live outside of DFW or have a unique schedule. It is a good fit if you:

  • Live outside of DFW, have a unique schedule, or prefer not to have office visits
  • Want personalized attention from an attorney
  • Need more than a simple estate plan
  • Have children, a blended family, or a loved one with special support needs
  • Own diverse assets and property
  • Do not mind handling the legal execution of your documents

You still get personalized attention from our firm and a custom estate plan ready to execute. However, you also get the flexibility to finalize your documents through execution at your convenience. You must find a notary and witnesses to execute your documents to ensure they are legally valid.

What Does Everything but the Execution Include?

When you choose our Everything but the Execution service, you can expect the following:

  • Planning meeting with our Texas estate planning attorney
  • Custom estate plan that meets your needs and goals
  • Estate planning documents drafted and reviewed by our attorney
  • Instructions about how to legally execute your estate planning documents by yourself
  • Instructions from our attorney about how to fund your trust, if applicable
  • Free document revision for six months to ensure your estate plan continues to meet your needs (does not include converting to a different plan)

What Documents Does Everything but the Execution Include?

Everything but the Execution offers comprehensive estate planning solutions. For example, these estate planning documents include:

  • Last will and testament
  • Revocable living trust
  • Financial power of attorney
  • Medical power of attorney
  • Advance healthcare directive (living will)
  • Declaration of guardian
  • HIPAA release
  • Transfer on death deed

FAQs About Everything but the Execution

What does Everything but the Execution include?

It includes a planning meeting with our attorney and a custom estate plan that meets your needs and goals. Your documents will be ready for legal execution, which you can handle at your own convenience. We will provide instructions about legal execution and funding your trust, if applicable.

What is the difference between Everything but the Execution and White Glove?

You do not have an in-person signing meeting with Everything but the Execution. Instead, we provide instructions about how you can legally execute your documents. Additionally, Everything but the Execution includes six months of document revisions (excluding converting to a new plan), while White Glove includes one year.

Estate Plan Express (Online Will Package)

Best for Texas residents who want a simple, online option for a last will and testament, drafted by an attorney.

  • Documents: Last will and testament, financial power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and HIPAA.
  • Legal execution: You handle document signing on your own. We provide instructions about executing them independently.
  • Revisions: 6 months included (excludes converting to a new plan)

Our Estate Plan Express is our convenient online will service. It is ideal for someone who wants their last will and testament drafted correctly but knows their goals and does not need hands-on support from an attorney.

We have built a DIY estate planning software where you can access a portal and complete a questionnaire that will be sent to our firm. Then, based on the information you provide, our experienced estate planning attorney will draft, review, and send you your will and supporting documents. It will then be up to you to get your documents legally executed.

Estate Plan Express is best for anyone in Texas who wants a simple, flat-fee will package. For example, it is a great choice if you:

  • Have a simple estate
  • Are a young adult, college student, or an individual or couple without children
  • Prefer online estate planning
  • Want the assurance of an attorney-drafted, will-based estate plan
  • Do not mind handling the legal execution of your documents
